green level tasks

Jr. STF Green Level Handbook

First off, congratulations for reaching the standard of a Jr. STF member! Don’t worry, this is just the beginning. Now that you have shown your conviction in your identity and a sense of ownership over God’s dream, your next step is to be able to help others do the same. Not only that, but from now on we will emphasize the importance of developing your external abilities as well in order to be a role model in all aspects of life.

The Jr. STF Green Level Handbook is designed to support each candidate in reaching the internal standard of a Jr. STF Pink Level member à Continually transforming the adolescents of the Unification Movement starting with raising another Blessed Child to reach the internal standard of a Jr. STF Green Level member.

We have created a series of tasks which every Green Level member can choose from to help them reach this internal standard. For every task that is completed, a certain number of credits can be gained. Every Green Level member must accumulate a minimum of 15 credits in each of the four categories of Heart, Spirit, Mind and Body in order to qualify to take the Jr. STF Pink Level Test. The categories are described at the beginning of each section.

HEART

The HEART category addresses the most central aspect of our development, which is coming to understand my identity. As a Jr. STF Green Level member, we stand in the role to help other Blessed Children come to understand their identity. And in the process, we can deepen our own understanding of who we are. We have discovered that understanding my identity comes from developing conviction in the following three key perspectives:

Every candidate must accumulate a minimum of 15 credits in each of the two categories of HEART & SPIRIT in order to qualify to take the Jr. STF Green Level Test. The categories are described at the beginning of each section.

HEART

The HEART category addresses the most central aspect of our development, which is coming to understand my identity. We have discovered that understanding my identity comes from developing conviction in the following three key perspectives:

  • My Identity as a child of God
  • My Role in fulfilling God’s Ideal of the Blessing (as a Blessed Child)
  • My Identity as an extended True Family member.

Think about this passage throughout the day and reflect briefly every evening on what God shared with you that day based on the quote or passage that you chose.

Purpose: To discover the value of starting each day with God's Word.

Father’s Words: “The important words in my speeches until this time are a record of the victories of my confrontations and battles against the satanic world, therefore you should read all of them. Since they contain all the details of the battles of the past and the present, they are True Parents historical record. So in order for the Unification family to unite with True Parents you should unite with these records about the deep relationship with these words. The words I say are not our own, they are not my words, but the words of God who has spoken through me. Wherever and whenever you hear these words, your heart will begin to move. When your heart is profoundly moved, a great revolutionary change will occur in your body, they have that kind of power. You should study wherever you gather and whenever you have time, day and night. You should read it a hundred or even a thousand times until it becomes your own and you become the substantial Object of that book. From now on you should practice this. Hoon Dok Hwae is my way of passing along all the treasure boxes I have accumulated in my life under the indescribable hardships undertaken for the nation. I am giving it to everyone without exception.” (Cheon Seong Geong pg 1091)

Father’s words: "Prayers are always fulfilled. Through prayers we receive energy and are shown the future prospect of how problems will unfold. You will be taught, "In this situation, do things like this, and in that kind of work, do things like that". You can accomplish great things by knowing this. Only through prayer can you pioneer that kind of path. You must know that prayer is more essential than eating your meals… You should pray even while doing your laundry or walking down the road. You should constantly fill up your store house; it should never be empty." (Cheon Seong Geong pg 1060)

When you use the peace messages as your pair of glasses, you can distinguish between the satanic world and the good world… It doesn't matter how much property or wealth you have or don't have; from now your prosperity, wealth and happiness will come about centering on the peace messages.
